The Pastor Cohort is a community of pastors who seek to sharpen one another. These groups of 7-10 pastors will meet once a month learning from and investing in one another. Each cohort will study different aspects of church health such as, spiritual formation, preaching, evangelism, leadership principles, and more. These cohorts are for any male who is currently serving in or feels called to pastoral ministry.
