Dr. David Carlton
Title: Director of Missions
Member Church: FBC, Lafayette
Ministry Passion: Spiritual development and formation (Gal. 4:19). Both Pamela and I love working with young adults and helping people of all ages connect with God in a dynamic, living relationship that facilitates an awareness of God’s presence in every aspect of our lives. I love journeying with people in one on one spiritual accompaniment, discerning God’s will for their lives, and the leading of prayer retreats – both individually guided and for groups.

Ministry Passion:  Pastor’s wife and God has given me a great love and compassion for people.  My greatest joy comes from serving the Lord and ministering to those He places before me.

Kim Carlson
Title: Media Specialist/ Office Assistant

Ministry Passion:  I love supporting and serving those who are working in the churches. Another passion of mine is teaching a weekly women’s Sunday school class.

Ministry Passion: My goal is to help those in need through Christian counseling. I have worked in the  GriefShare program, and I have a passion to help those dealing with grief over the lose of a loved one.
